If you have a paper/email invoice：

  • 繳款帳號：請見帳單上之繳款帳號 ①欄位
    填寫錯誤會造成無法確認款項，請您留意
    Customer account number：please enter to the  “繳款帳號”(customer account number) as indicated on your invoice.See sample below ①.
    If it’s not entered correctly, we will not know who the sender is.

  • 付款金額：請見帳單上之合計欄位 ②
    Amount to be paid：Please enter to the “合計”(total amount) as indicated on your invoice.See sample below ②.

簡訊帳單客戶
If you have a SMS/Phone text invoice：

  • 繳款帳號：請填入簡訊之14碼轉帳帳號數字
    填寫錯誤會造成無法確認款項，請您留意
    Customer account number is the 14 digit number in your SMS/Phone text invoice.

  • 付款金額：請填入簡訊之租金數字
    Amount to be paid：Please enter the “rent” as indicated on your SMS/Phone text invoice.
